A sunny morning with very light winds. Jim and Bill set up five quick stages so we were done before the heat really hit. Ten rifle rounds on each stage.
We started with our tie breaker, Stage One. The obligatory knife throw and then engage a single 175yd. target from any unsupported position.
A 'shoot 'til you hit, shoot 'til you miss' scenario on Stage Two, with two targets at 250+ yds. Shot from prone supported position.
Prone supported again on Stage Three with a must hit target at 200yds. and then double tap targets at 300 and 400yds.
We shot Stage Four from sitting or kneeling unsupported, at our famous 'Gary' target, set at 250yds.
Stage Five started with six pistol rounds at a generous 25yd. target. Then alternate between two 250yd. targets.
Possible high score of 59.
